Amazing handbook to open up life to mind-blowing spirituality
March 7, 2019
Format: Paperback
At the advice of a friend, I entered an 8-day Ignatian (Jesuit) spiritual retreat where I learned about contemplative prayer which author Mary Ann Archer describes in her book. Like her, I was blown away by powerful experiences where I sensed messages from God in my prayer. I wish I knew about this practice decades ago. Mary Ann’s book shares amazing true stories which helped me strengthen my own belief in this powerful way to listen to God. For those who aren’t religious, her chapter on Jungian psychology is quite relative and interesting. Buy this book and give it a try on your own, or with a group.
